“ This papa John's is always so accomadting when we order from here! Last time when I placed an order it was meant for delivery but switched to pick up. We unfortunately couldn't just pick it up as we had car trouble. We called and asked if they could switch it for us and they did, all we had to do was pay for the delivery fee which we were fine with. This time we asked if they could cut our Jack-o-lantern pizza for us and they did. The employees are always nice here and food is usually great when place orders here. ”

“ Ordered through the rewards app. You can accumulate "dough points" = dollar for dollar. I had a $10 credit so I used it up for this. I noticed on the app a lot of the pizza options only have the option for large/XL the only time you can change it to the personalized small serving is if it's for the gluten Free crust. I didn't know this going in that there was only one size option for the order. They have special deals throughout the app so make sure to check the daily deal. I also like that on the app it shows you the progress of your exact order being made and if it's on track for the right time. Prices are reasonable and the pizza came out delicious and hot & crispy. You can also customize the small things like the cut (square, or extra sauce, or how you like your crust cooked). Extra toppings/ veggies are available for customizing, but they do charge you more for it. My order was made and ready for the on time pickup. If you want chili flakes/ cheese you have to ask for that on the side. Mine also came with a choice of a dipping sauce. Decent takeout place for pizza! ”
